By creating or using a SayDat Pro Member account, you agree to the following:
Account scope:
This membership includes up to 20 posts, direct chat access, and limited access to select chat rooms. Page creation is not included in this plan.
Feature limits & changes:
Post limits, chat features, and available rooms may change, expand, or be removed at any time. Features may differ by user, plan, or over time.
Appropriate use:
You agree not to use SayDat for unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, or harmful behavior, and not to spam, impersonate others, or disrupt conversations.
Your content:
You are responsible for what you post and send. Content may be moderated, removed, or restricted if it violates community guidelines or these terms.
Account suspension or termination:
SayDat may suspend, limit, or terminate your Pro Member account if you misuse the service or violate these terms or community rules.
Privacy:
Your use of SayDat is subject to SayDat’s privacy practices. Your posts and chats may be stored, reviewed, or analyzed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
Updates to terms:
These short terms may change at any time. Continued use of your SayDat Pro Member account after changes means you accept the updated terms.
