Short Terms of Service (SayDat Elite)
By creating or using a SayDat Elite account, you agree to the following:
Account scope:
This membership includes up to 60 posts, direct chat access, unlimited access to available chat rooms, and the ability to create and manage one page.
Feature limits & changes:
Post limits, chat features, room availability, and page tools may change, expand, or be removed at any time. Features may differ by user, plan, or over time.
Appropriate use:
You agree not to use SayDat for unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, or harmful behavior, and not to spam, impersonate others, or disrupt conversations, rooms, or pages.
Your content & page:
You are responsible for the content you post, send, or host on your page. Content (including page content) may be moderated, removed, or restricted if it violates community guidelines or these terms.
Account suspension or termination:
SayDat may suspend, limit, or terminate your Elite account or page, or restrict features, if you misuse the service or violate these terms or community rules.
Privacy:
Your use of SayDat is subject to SayDat’s privacy practices. Your posts, chats, and page content may be stored, reviewed, or analyzed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
Updates to terms:
These short terms may change at any time. Continued use of your SayDat Elite account after changes means you accept the updated terms.
